Free-of-charge cancellation: 5 days prior to the arrival
Payment conditions: credit card guarantee or 30 % pre-payment upon reservation
Cancellation fees apply for late cancellations of confirmed bookings:
4 – 3 days prior to the arrival: 50% of services ordered
2 – 1 days / day prior to the arrival: 100% of services ordered
